This program provides exercises designed to improve joint & muscle health without putting a lot of strain and weight on your body while exercising.

QIGONG
Qigong is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. Learn the art of Qigong using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit.
Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong practice aims to improve your health system, improve flexibility and balance.

YOGA

Join Le on Tuesday for Vinyasa, a flow-based yoga class is a balance of breath work, fast moving vinyasas (posture sequences) slow stretching and ends with savasana (relaxation).
In this class, we focus on postures that will counterbalance the actions found in your daily life, such as computer work, and sitting.
Wednesdays 2:00pm - 3:00pm REGISTER FOR TERM 2
Join Karen for Hatha. This form of Yoga involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa session.
Thursdays 9:30am - 10:30am REGISTER FOR TERM 2
Join Archana for Hatha. This form of Yoga involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static holds than a Vinyasa session.
Archana also draws inspiration from a theraputic approach based on Aryuvedic teachings.
Cost: $5 per class or $40 for 10 weeks
These self paced classes are for adults of all ages and abilities. Mats and other equipment provided.
