RAMBLERS WALKING GROUP

TAI CHI
Unstructured practice sessions for those with previous Tai Chi experience.
When: Fridays 9:15pm- 10:45pm
Cost: $3.50 per session ($3.00 concession)
AFGHAN WOMENS COMMUNITY KITCHEN
Run through Centacare and Southern Health, the community kitchen si for Afghan women to learn about health and nutrition. They also come together to create new and interesting meals together.
When: Tuesdays 12:30pm- 2:30pm
ARGENTINEAN TANGO
A social group for beginners to advanced, who enjoy tango and like to keep fit
When: Wednesdays 8:00pm- 9:30pm
Cost: $10.00 per session

Noble Park Thunderbirds Basketball Club competes at senior levels in the Dandenong Basketball Association. New players welcome. Season club fee applies.

City of Greater Dandenong Youth Services run a basketball session each for youths to come drop by and play a game for free. A great way to socialise and keep fit

CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics is confidence, friendship, fitness and fun. Club fees include all costumes and equipment. Ages 18+
