The More Energy, Better Sleep short course is a brief overview designed to help participants understand the vital connection between sleep, exercise, stress management, nutrition and energy, and provide practical strategies to improve both.

Through engaging discussion, interactive activities, and goal-setting exercises, participants will learn how lifestyle choices like nutrition, exercise, stress management and sleep hygiene directly impact their energy levels and overall well-being.

By the end of the course, individuals will have personalized tools and actionable goals to implement in their daily lives, empowering them to achieve better sleep, enhanced energy, and a more balanced, productive lifestyle.

Please bring your own Plastic Display Book for handouts, notebook and pen.
